Marková Volejníčková, Romana ; Dudová, Radka (advisor) ; Vidovičová, Lucie (referee) ; Nešporová, Olga (referee)
dissertation thesis: Construction of motherhood and feminity in the three generations Author: Mgr. Romana Marková Volejníčková This dissertation aims to analyze the norms of "good" motherhood, discourses, and social practices related to these norms, and their connection and interrelationship with the issue of agency and women's/mothers' free choice under specific conditions over the course of three defined periods. In particular, in this study, I focused on the prevalent conditions (be it legislation, i.e. family and social policies, expert discourses in the field of psychology, demography, pediatrics, etc., but also societal expectations of women within family and employment) during the three defined periods. I analyzed how individual standards of "good" motherhood and "proper" child care are defined and conceived under these circumstances, in which the interviewed mothers carried out their motherhood projects. Furthermore, I focused on what choices mothers could make in these normative conditions, what choices they considered available to them and realistic in each one period, and whether some of the mothers' personal traits may have bolstered or diminished their ability to make informed choices concerning their motherhood project. In the three periods examined, the manifestations of biopower...

I focused on the "unprofessional shamans", i.e. such people who shamanism use for their needs or for the needs of their family and friends, but do not offer their services to the public, do not lead shamanic workshops, etc. In the context of my research, I attended several shamanic seminars and for data collection I used in-depth interviews with the people that these seminars also attending or have in the past attended. From these interviews emerged five categories that summarize my findings and which have the task to bring the readers perception of the world of these people. I focused on the circumstances that people to shamanism brought to what is on it intrigued, the largest share of the analytical section is devoted to some aspects of the current lives of my respondents and the role in them shamanism plays. One of the outputs is dedicated to nature, with which respondents receive information, which they at initial shamanic seminar received and at the end I added a few lines about the doubts that people sometimes feel towards it, what in the context of shamanic journeys they experience. Key words: Shamanism, neo-shamanism, everydayness, secularisation

Barabášová, Klaudia ; Onder, Jakub (advisor) ; Chrz, Vladimír (referee)
The topic of this bachelor thesis is existence of autonomy and repression in relations between young delinquent people and society. Thesis is inspired by the control balance theory, one of the sociological criminological concepts of causes of formation of delinquent behavior, defining autonomy as a control which is applied by an individual and repression as a control applied on this individual. The objective of this work is to show a possible insights of how young delinquents perceive and reflect autonomy and repression in their social environments e.g. school and family environment, also in repressive group of their peers. I'm also trying to verify, according to control balance theory, whether imbalanced ratio between autonomy and repression experienced by individual is the cause of commiting delicts. Based on analysis of my biogpraphic interviews with four underage patients of diagnostic institute I found patterns describing how delinquents reflect autonomy and repression. The results show that just a complex view on autonomy and repression in lives of delinquents is not sufficient to verify control balance theory, also the fact that the interpretaion of theory is valid only in common with other psychological theories. I described combination of the control balance theory and Adler's...
